Refund and Returns Policy

Since every single product is exclusively printed and shipped for each order, there are no refunds and no returns.

Since this website is contemplated to be a custom print per order with a third party named Printify, who are the company that prints and ships every order especially made for you, I as a small artist cannot offer any type of refund or return. I truly hope and trust the quality of the work Printify offers, but if in any case you encounter any problem with the quality or inconvenience with the shipping, please contact me so we can take the proper mesures with Printify.

To be eligible for us contacting Printify, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must have visible defects or errors made by Printify, so I might require you to send me a photo of what arrived to you at: customersupport@aerissmoon.com

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Art Prints of any kind

To complete any type of complain with Printify, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where issuing a complain with Printify are not granted to proceed:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items cannot be refunded.

There are no exchanges, since this is a small artists website in partnership with Printify, a company that makes custom prints of high quality and shipping especially for each order, if you encounter any type of problem with Printify, please contact me at customersupport@aerissmoon.com

There are no returns, but in any case we open a complain with Printify and they approve any type of solution that inquires you to ship the products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
